About

UNT Scholarly Works is a special collection of items contributed by the UNT Community and hosted in the UNT Digital Library. This collection brings together articles, papers, presentations, books, chapters, reviews, academic posters, artwork, and other scholarly and creative works and makes them readily accessible to showcase UNT’s research and creative achievements to a worldwide audience. The UNT Scholarly Works collection also serves as the open access repository for UNT. For more information on open access services and initiatives, please visit our Open Access @ UNT website.

In addition to housing the peer-reviewed journal articles covered in the UNT Open Access Policy, UNT Scholarly Works offers an outlet for scholars to archive and provide access to all of their scholarly output. UNT faculty and staff can deposit their research and scholarship—published and unpublished—into the UNT Scholarly Works institutional repository. UNT students are welcome to deposit their work that has been accepted by a professional organization or approved by a faculty mentor, including thesis or dissertations, conference materials, and published items.

In addition to UNT Scholarly Works, the UNT Digital Library hosts the affiliated repository collections for UNT Theses and Dissertations, UNT Graduate Student Works, UNT Undergraduate Student Works, and the UNT Data Repository. When you submit an item to UNT Scholarly Works, it will be deposited in the appropriate repository.
